Payments

On confirmation of reservations we require a non-refundable deposit of $900.00 per adult within seven days or unless otherwise stated on invoice. Balance of monies is due one month prior to departure, or unless otherwise stated on invoice.

Full payment can be made in lieu of a deposit and this will then protect you against any possible airfare increases or currency fluctuations. All reservations are subject to increase until full payment is received and tickets have been issued. Pricing is based on payment by cheque, cash or Eftpos. If you wish to pay by Credit Card, please consult us for revised costings.

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is recommended but mandatory for all Island Holidays bookings. The premium payable is calculated from the date of your departure, however once you have paid and signed for a policy with United Travel, you are then covered against loss of deposits prior to departure.

Cancellation and Amendments

Any cancellation made by Yourself must be received in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

  • (I) not later than 60 days prior to departure; the deposit is non-refundable and all other monies returned.
  • (II) after 60 days and not later than 14 days prior to departure; the complete deposit is non-refundable and a 50% cancellation fee applies to all other monies already received by the Provider.
  • (III) within 14 days of the departure date; the Provider shall not be obliged to refund any monies whatsoever.

Fees will be charged for cancellations or amendments after confirmation of arrangements. Our fee is currently $100.00/person. These fees would be in addition to any airline or operator charges, which vary greatly. If you require more information about these fees please do not hesitate to ask us.

Travellers Cheques / Foreign Currency

Travellers Cheques and/or Foreign Currency is available at very competitive rates and can be purchased at any time prior to departure. Call us at any time for a quote on your currency requirements.

Airline Frequent Flyer Programme

Please advise us of any airline membership numbers prior to travel. You must retain all boarding passes and copies of tickets to claim any points no credited to account.
